Customer choice of repair shop
State law entitles you to “The right to select the repair facility of YOUR choice”, not the insurance company. Be aware of tactics they may use to take your car to their shop. However, you are required to give the insurance company reasonable time to inspect the damages prior to starting repairs.
we give Free repair estimates
Repair estimates vary. Be aware if you have a lower estimate it may not include the necessary procedures to properly repair your vehicle. Always ask for estimate procedure clarification. We will review and explain any other estimate for you free of charge.
You are not required to receive more than one estimate.
